Delivery Areas

We deliver hampers throughout the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom.

Delivery Methods

Isle of Man Deliveries

All local deliveries are made using a tracked service with Isle of Man Post.

  • Typically delivered within 1–2 working days after despatch

  • Fully tracked for peace of mind

UK Deliveries

All UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on the service selected at checkout.

  • Tracked 48 – typically delivered within 2 working days after despatch

  • Special Delivery – guaranteed delivery (where available)

A tracking reference will be provided once your order has been despatched.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal working hours. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Orders placed before 3:00pm are usually despatched the same working day. During busy periods, including Christmas, we recommend placing your order at least 2–3 working days in advance of your preferred delivery date.

While we aim to meet requested delivery dates, these are not guaranteed.

Delivery Process

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery provider may:

  • Leave the hamper in a safe place

  • Deliver to a neighbour

  • Leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection

Once delivery has been completed at the address provided, responsibility for the hamper passes to the recipient.

Address Information

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate, including:

  • Full address

  • Postcode

  • Contact telephone number

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional delivery charges.

Delays & Liability

We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Adverse weather or postal disruption

All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your hamper arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

Bulk & Corporate Orders

For multiple deliveries or corporate orders, we offer tailored solutions and discounts.

If you are sending multiple hampers, we can provide a spreadsheet template to simplify ordering.

Christmas Delivery

To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by 15th December.

Christmas deliveries are typically despatched between 12th and 23rd December. During this period, specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

If sending to a business address, please check holiday closing dates in advance.
