Isle of Man Hampers is a trading name of Robinsons Limited, based in the Isle of Man.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
All hampers are subject to availability. While we aim to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, contents may vary slightly.
If any item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
All prices are clearly displayed and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are not included in product prices unless stated.
Payments are processed securely via Trust Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards.
We deliver throughout the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom.
Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to deliver on the requested date, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details are accurate. We cannot accept liability for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided.
Once an order has been delivered to the specified address, responsibility for the goods passes to the recipient.
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, hampers are non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.
We may request photographic evidence to assess any claim.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders may be cancelled up to two working days prior to the requested delivery date.
We are unable to cancel orders with less notice, as preparation and dispatch processes will already be underway.
During peak periods (such as Christmas or Mother’s Day), longer notice periods may apply.
Some hampers may contain alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over.
It is an offence to purchase alcohol for anyone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age verification is not possible.
Our liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
